As each item is printed on demand, please allow 3-7 business days for processing plus 1-2 weeks for shipping. Want it faster? Choose our express shipping option ($29) to reduce shipping time by one week.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary by location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number/link via email. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I apply a discount code?

Why isn't my discount code working?

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify your order (size, style, address, etc.) if it hasn't been dispatched yet. If your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to place a new order. Contact our customer support team (support@elevenoasis.com) as soon as possible for assistance with modifications.
What should I do if the tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received my package yet?
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
1. Check all possible delivery areas on your property (front porch, back porch, garage)
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking information

What if I receive the wrong size?
No worries! We'll either give you a refund or (if you would prefer) send you a new size completely free of charge - no need to return the original. Feel free to gift it to a loved one or donate it to charity.

Items can be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
