Free Returns on all orders within 30 days
Return Notes: Eleven Oasis strives to design feel-good essentials. However, we understand if your order doesn't work out for whatever reason. Eleven Oasis will honor one free returns process for each unique order. Just contact us by emailing support@elevenoasis.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations: Once an order has been initiated and shipped, we cannot cancel your order. Please allow the package to arrive to then initiate a return with our customer service agents.

HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM BOWLING TEAM SHIRTS!
STEP 1
Choose your design and size
Select your favorite bowling shirt design and the right sizes for your entire team from our collection.
STEP 2
Add your team details
Enter your personal name (front of shirt) and team name (back of shirt) in the dedicated fields on the product page.
• Individual name (front): Maximum 10-12 characters recommended
(varies by design)
• Team name (back): Maximum 15-20 characters recommended
(varies by design)
• Font style cannot be changed
• Our design team will adjust font size to fit longer names
• Inappropriate content will not be produced
For bowling shirts, your individual name appears on the chest pocket area, while your team name is displayed prominently on the back.
STEP 3
Review your customization
Check that all information is correct before adding to cart.
For team orders, you'll need to add each team member's shirt individually with their specific name.
Important:
If you need multiple shirts for different team members, you must add each shirt separately to your cart with the appropriate individual names.
If you make a mistake, you'll need to remove that item from your cart and add it again with the correct information.
STEP 4
Complete your order
Confirm your selections and proceed to checkout.
Before making payment, carefully review your entire order
to ensure all names and team names are entered correctly for each shirt.
STEP 5
Approve your mockup
Within 3 working days after placing your order,
our design team will create a mockup of your custom shirts
and email it to you for final approval.
Please check your spam/junk folders as these confirmation emails
sometimes get filtered.
Your custom bowling team shirts will only be processed
after you've approved the design.
STEP 6
Processing and shipping
Once you've approved your mockup, your custom bowling shirts
will take 3-7 working days to process.
After processing, your order will ship according to the shipping method
you selected at checkout (standard or express).
Please refer to our shipping policy for specific delivery estimates
for your region based on your chosen shipping method.

Yes, you can modify your order (size, style, address, etc.) if it hasn't been dispatched yet. If your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to place a new order. Contact our customer service team at support@elevenoasis.com to get this process started.
